All financial transactions on the MR8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). MR8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT/BTC cryptocurrency transfers.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful processing, subject to payment gateway confirmation. MR8 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published speed commitments — e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed in under 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes, and bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes, subject to bank processing times and KYC clearance status.

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international sports — are subject to MR8's sportsbook rules. Settled results are binding. MR8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical errors in published odds, manifest errors in market data, or evidence of match manipulation.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, MR8 will endeavour to resolve the situation in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. MR8's decision in such matters shall be final.
MR8 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits per transaction, and daily or weekly aggregate withdrawal limits. These limits may be applied at MR8's discretion and will be communicated to affected players.

All intellectual property rights in the MR8 platform, including but not limited to the MR8 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and all other content, are owned by or licensed to MR8. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to MR8 or its licensors.
You are permitted to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content on the Platform without MR8's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MR8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
MR8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
MR8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we endeavour to maintain a 99.9% uptime standard, we accept no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting MR8 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable fraud or AML checks.
MR8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, suspected money laundering, age verification failure, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
In the event of Account termination for cause, MR8 reserves the right to retain any Balance where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct, pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under MR8's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling laws in Malaysia are distinct from the jurisdiction governing MR8's operations. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable Malaysian law. MR8 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction.
MR8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notification within the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13 above.
